Inconvenience - Christmas 2025 Edition Positive: I like that 12 months ago I had a great time with my family at this house. My recent stay, during the week of Christmas 2025, was an inconvenient experience. The host was responsive, but this house needs some attention in cleanliness and maintenance. I do not recommend booking here after my recent stay. Negative: A person was at the house still cleaning when we arrived for check-in. We arrived at 3:45 pm. Check-in was supposed to be at 4 pm. The cleaning person didn't leave until 5:03 pm. (We were given an hour later at check-out to compensate for the hour of time the cleaning person used of our stay) Our stay was during cold/flu season, and the house wasn't given a good, deep clean between guests. In my opinion, the house is a bit much for 1 person to clean. We had to kill several roaches during our stay. That's disgusting and NOT okay! There are a number of appliances in the home that either no longer work or aren't functioning properly. It's apparent this home is not well-maintained. I know because our recent stay was our 2nd time at this house. 12 months ago, we arrived to a clean house, didn't see a single roach during our stay, and appliances were working properly.

Positive: This was my second time staying in this beautiful home, the staff was very professional and took care of all our needs. I plan to come back again, again and again. Negative: Some of the TV's in the bed rooms don't work and there are 4 main doors in the home that lead to the outside, if you could upgrade the locks on those doors for more security would be great.

This property was absolutely filthy and infested with cockroaches. The outside is completely unkept & covered with Positive: This home is not in a good location. The area is sketchy

We had a wonderful time staying here, great value and beautiful home. Positive: Location was excellent, very satisfied. Negative: There is nothing we didn’t like about this booking.
