We allow pets. A maximum of 2 pets under 20lbs each, provided they are house-trained. Pet fees are as follows:

For Beach House, Playa Azul, and Playa Vista:

There is a $100/pet non-refundable pet fee.
Excessive pet hair cleaning charge: $100
Hazmat cleaning charge (due to uncleaned pet waste): $100
If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises without the required pet deposit having been paid, an extra non-refundable pet fee of $75 will be levied, in addition to the standard pet fee.
Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pet, and the Host reserves the right to deduct the cost of any damage from the security deposit, if applicable, charge the Guest directly, or seek reimbursement from the Guest’s trip insurance.

For River House:

There is a $200/pet non-refundable pet fee.
Excessive pet hair cleaning charge: $200
Hazmat cleaning charge (due to uncleaned pet waste): $200
If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises without the required pet deposit having been paid, an extra non-refundable pet fee of $75 will be levied, in addition to the standard pet fee.
Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pet, and the Host reserves the right to deduct the cost of any damage from the security deposit, if applicable, charge the Guest directly, or seek reimbursement from the Guest’s trip insurance.

Pet rules are as follows:

For the safety of your pets and in compliance with the city regulations, please refrain from leaving them unattended outdoors or anywhere on the property overnight.
Inside the property, they should only be left unattended if they are in a crate or kennel.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
When outside, kindly ensure your dog is leashed, and be sure to clean up after them.

In the event that a pet owned or harbored by the Guest causes a disturbance, including but not limited to excessive noise, aggression, or any behavior that interferes with the quiet enjoyment of other residents or neighbors, we kindly reserve the right to terminate the lease promptly. Should such circumstances arise, the Guest is kindly requested to understand that they will not be entitled to any refund for the unused portion of the rental period, and any prepaid fees or deposits may, unfortunately, be forfeited.
