Always enjoy our stay! Positive: Always enjoy our stay! Negative: City needs to update the plumbing infrastructure: sewer is awful at the end of driveway, water stinks.

Our weekend adventure was everything expected and more. This property was very well-kept, homey, and comfortable. The location, facing the beach, and only a couple of blocks walk to the beach access point, satisfied my need to take early morning walks to beach-comb for shells and just sit on the large front deck and listen to the ocean after dark. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen met almost all of our needs (recommend you bring your own manual can opener and sharp knives). The AC kept the interior very comfortable during 100 degree days. I intend to come back soon and am recommending the property to my friends and family.

Great location with an amazing view of the beach from the front porch and living room. Positive: Loved the view. Perfect location. Negative: Quite a few bugs. The water in the kitchen sink had a horrible smell.

Great location but I do not recommend staying here. Positive: Booking our trip through Booking.com was easy! The location was fantastic, we were across a 2 lane road from the beach. We enjoyed the deck as we felt the steady ocean breeze and the loud waves crashing on the sand. We had nice long walks on the beach to the jetty. We watched giant ships on the horizon as they approached and departed a port down south of us. Negative: 1) Doorknob locked us out, it required 2 hands to open it every single time; 2) front bathroom shower door was unattached and sitting on the floor. It not repaired during our stay; 3) back bedroom was hot. A portable A/C unit found in the closet worked well to cool the room; 4) Lots of roaches. Very gross!!; 5) Deck nails sticking up - do not go barefoot on the deck; 6) Our host was an individual named Hannah. In my multiple emails with Hannah, she did not mention nor did she use a signature block stating otherwise. The day before our arrival I was asked to sign a rental agreement which named the host as an LLC instead of Hannah - Hannah's name was not even mentioned in the agreement. I was very displeased to learn that I was leasing from a company instead of an individual woman named Hannah.

Great, will be back. Positive: Location was great. Negative: A couple of small problems and let the property know about them and they replied quickly.
